🏢 Location – Raalte
As an order picker, you will collect grocery orders in the distribution center using the VoicePick system. You will operate an electric cart that can carry up to four bins of products.
📦 Tasks
- Order picking with English voice-controlled system
- Driving an electric picking cart
- Working in cold conditions (as low as -24°C)
In your first week, you will receive a full training. A trainer will guide you through the warehouse for the first 3 days and teach you how to use the equipment. Then a job coach will help you learn efficient picking techniques.
💶 Salary
- €14.56 gross per hour
- 8% bonus for working in cold areas
- English language proficiency (at least B1 level)
- Physically fit and able to work in cold temperatures
- Willingness to work in shifts
