Jumbo is one of the largest supermarket chains in the Netherlands. The flower department handles fresh flowers that go straight from growers to stores nationwide.
🌸 The role
As a logistics worker flower department Jumbo in Veghel, you’ll handle beautiful flowers in a cooled environment (2–5°C). You’ll prepare fresh bouquets for timely distribution.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Cleaning leaves and needles from flowers using a machine
- Wrapping and tying bouquets
- Preparing containers for transport
- Order picking in the cold room (2°C)
- Keeping your workstation tidy
- Replenishing flowers at picking stations
You’ll work in a cool environment but are provided with a warm jacket. Work is from Monday to Saturday, occasionally on Sundays.
