We are looking for an EMEA Marketing Finance Data Analyst to join the Nike Marketing Finance team at the EHQ in Hilversum. In this role, you will support marketing investment strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), driving insights and process improvements that power the world’s leading sports brand.

As a Finance Analyst in the EMEA Marketing Finance team, you will:

• Support the financial planning process by consolidating reports and delivering key insights for strategic marketing decisions.
• Lead data governance activities, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and alignment across systems.
• Prepare financial reports for forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Controlling and Central Planning to ensure strategic alignment.
• Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of new investment tools.
• Act as a business partner who connects data with decision-making, helping Nike deliver meaningful consumer experiences through impactful marketing.

• Nike maintains a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
• 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week for a full year.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning, data analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to influence business decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP and BI tools is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.
