Would you like to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable Utrecht region?
As a C Driver/Loader for Commercial Waste Collection, you’ll drive fixed routes with a colleague to service business clients. The work is varied but well-structured – you’ll always know what to expect.

What will you do?

Your day starts at 06:45 at the depot in Utrecht with a coffee and a short team briefing
Together with your co-driver, you complete the daily route – alternating between driving and loading
You empty wheelie bins at supermarkets, offices, shops, and campsites
You ensure an efficient route, keep the truck tidy, and occasionally have a friendly chat with clients
Is the truck full? Then you unload it at a processing facility or disposal site
After your own route, you support colleagues on other routes if needed
Between 15:00 and 16:30, you're back at the depot to report any updates to your team leader

What can you expect?

Workdays from Monday to Friday – enjoy your weekends off
Option to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
Varied work within your local region
Fixed routes with familiar clients and locations

Gevraagd

You hold a valid C driving license, a valid Code 95, and a tachograph card
You are available for 24 to 40 hours per week – part-time or full-time
You are physically fit and don’t mind actively helping with loading
You enjoy working as part of a team and have a cooperative attitude
You speak and understand the Dutch language well
You live within a 40-kilometer radius of Utrecht

Aanbod

A gross hourly wage between €17.30 and €19.46, depending on your experience (in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Professional Goods Transport, scale D)
Allowances, expense reimbursements, and travel compensation in line with the CLA
Pension accrual from day one
A temporary contract through Easy Way Transport, with the prospect of a permanent position upon good performance
8.33% holiday allowance and immediate accrual of paid leave
Flexible working hours: full-time (40 hours) or part-time from 24 hours per week
Full support in maintaining your Code 95 certification
