Then this position in Deventer is exactly what you’re looking for! We are looking for a motivated Packaging Operator to join the packaging department of an innovative and growing production company. You will be working in a 2-shift system and play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly.
Your working hours:

* 06:00 to 14:30
* 14:30 to 23:00

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

As a Packaging Operator, you ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly. You keep the packaging machine running and intervene when necessary. You have an eye for quality, maintain oversight, and respond quickly to malfunctions or deviations.
Your daily tasks include:

* Monitoring the packaging machine and the production process
* Setting up and adjusting the machine during product changes
* Troubleshooting minor technical issues
* Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety on the work floor

Of course, a good job comes with good benefits. Here’s what you can expect:

* A gross hourly wage starting at €15.35, excluding shift allowance
* Shift allowance of 17% on top of your hourly wage
* A full-time position in a 2-shift system
* Working hours in two shifts:
* Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
* Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00
* Three 20-minute breaks per shift
* A pleasant working atmosphere in a close-knit team of dedicated colleagues

You are a (trainee) operator who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, has an eye for quality, and can work independently. Diplomas aren’t the most important — we’re mainly looking for someone with the right mindset and a bit of technical insight.
