Junior Creative Designer (Fulltime - Parttime)

With your help supporting the Business needs of our growing organization, Verisure will continue developing into a leading consumer-oriented company!

The Junior Creative Designer will work closely with the Go-To-Market Manager and Sales Performance Director. Together they will evolve our Proposition tools and Sales methodology for The Netherlands.

This role will require determination to deeply understand:

  • Our business models
  • Our sales proposition including its Positioning, Product & Pricing)
  • Our salesmen, their culture, incentives, way of working, etc.
  • Our service to customers

    Among other tasks, this role will require to:
  • Participate in the design and creation of all selling materials & tools (printed & digital/online) to support the launch of new products & services
  • Work together with other departments’ teams to support strategic initiatives (e.g., Brand creation, Marketing Campaigns, special offers, etc.)
  • Innovate in the way we present our unique product position to our customers
  • Lead the organization of events aimed at the sales organization (e.g. Sales Convention, training events at HQ, etc.)

Location

  • The position will be based in Amsterdam (The Netherlands)
  • Reports and organization structure
  • Direct reporting line to the Go-To-Market Manager.

Candidate profile

Experiences and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts or related field is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
  • Ability to implement web content updates, such as creating or modifying landing pages
  • Experience in web design using HTML/CSS/JS best practices
  • Attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in an international, multicultural setting
  • Willingness to learn and to progress in a company with great opportunities and potential
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch and copywriting skills will be highly valued
  • You for a new fulltime challenge or parttime (4x5 hours) working in a hybrid set-up.

Competencies

Additional complementary skills will be valued:

  • Video editing
  • Online /digital marketing content design
  • Content creation, product presentation, marketing, etc.
  • Experience in retail sales (e.g., banking, telco, insurance), with a focus in field sales (door to door)
  • Knowledge of other languages (such as Spanish or French) is a plus
