Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is your opportunity to play a key role in a high-performing workstation team, operating modern filling and production equipment within a global organization.

Wat ga je doen?

As a Plant Operator, you will:

Operate and monitor semi-automatic and automatic filling lines, including loading materials, running machinery, performing product clean-downs, and size changeovers;
Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards at all times;
Interpret planning documentation and carry out quality checks, ensuring all results are properly recorded;
Use F&P information systems and SAP tools for operations and reporting;
Perform housekeeping and basic maintenance on filling lines and related equipment;
Identify and suggest process improvements through Lean methodologies;
Contribute to innovation initiatives, including improvements in production, logistics, or manufacturing infrastructure.

Wat bieden wij?

A salary of €16.46 per hour (€2.710 gross per month);
1 year contract and starting date ASAP;
Permanent shift-based position with applicable shift allowance and overtime payments;
25 vacation days;
8.33% holiday allowance;

Wat vragen wij?

Experience in chemical or FMCG production (bulk liquid filling preferred);
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong attention to detail and safety standards;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Ability to work independently and multitask;
Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated.
