• Efficiently picking and packing orders to meet the requirements of the customers
• Picking & Packing (incl. EPT driving)
• Performing quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards
• Assisting other departments when needed
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse

• 14% shift allowance on top of your hourly wage (excluding ADV)

As an integral part of our logistics operations, you will be at the core of warehouse activities within the outbound department at Tesla’s Product Distribution Center (PDC) in Tilburg. Your key responsibilities will include accurately picking and packing orders, performing quality checks to uphold Tesla’s high standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods throughout the facility. This role offers more than just day-to-day tasks—it provides the opportunity to contribute meaningfully within a team that values professionalism, precision, and a proactive attitude.

• Have experience with picking and packing in a fast-paced environment
• Hold an EPT certificate—or are open to getting one through a short training course
• Are dependable, punctual, and ready to jump in right away
• Take pride in delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail
• Can communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
• Are flexible to work in 2 rotating shifts:
  • Early: 06:00–14:30
  • Late: 14:30–23:00
