Location: Europe | Remote (occasional travel, ~5 days/month)

Role Description
This role is responsible for driving pipeline creation, with a focus on account-level strategy, messaging, and demand generation. The strategist will manage highly targeted outreach efforts, leveraging multiple channels including podcasts, events, website, ads, and partnerships. The position involves close collaboration with VP Revenue and leadership to refine the company’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Direct Reports: 1-2 SDRs
Key Collaboration: Demand Generation (Podcast), Events, VP Revenue
Responsibilities
Own pipeline creation across ABX strategy (70% new logo, 30% upsell)
Develop and execute account-level strategy, messaging, and campaigns
Manage demand generation initiatives, including podcasts, events, website, ads, and partnerships
Drive targeted outreach across 3,000 contacts within 200 accounts
Collaborate with VP Revenue and leadership to optimize the GTM strategy
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of ABM/ABX experience in a finite market
Strong analytical mindset with a business-savvy approach
High degree of ownership, both strategic and hands-on execution skills
Ability to challenge leadership and take full accountability for pipeline outcomes
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in channel marketing
Sales experience
