Product Manager Eelde • AI Infrasolutions

Hours per week: 32 – 40 hours , Location: Eelde/Groningen Airport  

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join us! In this role, you would be joining our Spatiall AI Lenses team composed of around 10 data scientists, engineers, and domain experts building geospatial AI solutions.

The team works with enormous amount of imagery and LiDAR data to recognize important asset information in the outdoor space.

Your role is to unlock the full potential of this rich data and world-class team, translating it into innovative, market-ready solutions for AI-driven asset management. You’ll be at the forefront of connecting real-world infrastructure challenges with the next generation of spatial intelligence.

Tasks & responsibilities 

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and strategy. 
• Turn customer insights and market trends into actionable initiatives and user stories. 
• Lead discovery activities (e.g. interviews, journey mapping, prototyping) to inform priorities. 
• Prioritize the backlog based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility. 
• Act as the voice of the customer for the development team. 
• Align with stakeholders across departments and ensure transparency on progress. 
• Set sprint objectives that reflect strategic goals and monitor delivery closely. 
• Support team alignment by fostering clear roles and shared accountability.

Requirements & qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in agile environments. 
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy at scale. 
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. 
• Adept at stakeholder management across technical, business, and executive levels. 
• Decisive and outcomes-oriented, with a clear focus on delivering measurable customer value. 
• Experienced in balancing vision with execution across multidisciplinary teams. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in applied data science or AI-driven products. 
• Background in asset insights, infrastructure, or geospatial domains.
