This company is looking for a hands-on, detail-loving People Operations Administrator to join the HR team! If you're someone who thrives on keeping things organized, loves working with data, and enjoys being the go-to person for everything HR-related, we'd love to hear from you.

Description

  • Making sure monthly payroll is accurate and on time (with help from our internal and external partners);
  • Managing employee data in our HR systems (SuccessFactors), including onboarding, offboarding, leave, and sick days - all in line with Dutch regulations (Wet verbetering Poortwachter);
  • Handling contracts, employment letters, and helping out with annual processes like salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Supporting visa and work permit processes, including 30% ruling applications;
  • Talking to UWV, IND, Arbodienst, and pension providers to make sure everything's up to date and in order;
  • Helping new hires get started and keeping their employee records in shape;
  • Putting together HR reports and keeping data clean for audits and payroll;
  • Jumping into HR projects that match your interests and strengths.

Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar HR/People Ops role in the Netherlands.
  • Solid knowledge of Dutch HR and payroll rules, benefits, and related systems.
  • Confident with Excel - you know your way around pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and IF statements.
  • Super organized and detail-focused - you catch the small stuff.
  • Great communication skills and a helpful.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus!).
  • Bonus points if you've worked in an international or multicultural environment.
