As a Project Planner, you are the one who prevents that chaos. You are the heartbeat of every project, making sure that all activities are perfectly aligned, and everyone knows exactly what needs to happen and when. Without you, the moving parts don’t connect. With you, projects flow.

You create clear timelines and decision points in close collaboration with every discipline involved. Your project plans identify opportunities and flag risks before they turn into roadblocks. With your insights and reports, project managers, team leads, subcontractors, and teams around the world can steer in the right direction. on time, every time.

But your role goes far beyond making schedules. You are the connector between people, priorities, and processes. From engineering and supply, to shipping and system commissioning, you are there every step of the way. You balance the expectations of management with the realities of the supply chain, helping everyone find the sweet spot between ambition and feasibility.

You are part of a global Project Planning Team in the Warehousing domain, but you own your projects as if they were your own business. You set priorities, spot bottlenecks, and take action to resolve them, always in close partnership with multidisciplinary teams. Together with your colleagues, you make sure every project crosses the finish line successfully.

Your responsibilities

You don’t just create plans, you think ahead. You anticipate what could go wrong and already have a solution ready. You thrive on complexity and enjoy bringing structure to challenging projects. You are the calm in the storm, the one people turn to when they need clarity.

You excel at:

• Translating project scopes into crystal-clear, integrated project plans.
• Spotting critical paths and the opportunities or risks tied to them.
• Aligning schedules with clients and subcontractors to create one seamless plan.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting progress in a way that keeps everyone informed and engaged.
• Coaching junior and mid-level planners, sharing your expertise to help them grow.
• Suggesting smarter, better ways of working, because you know there’s always room to improve.

Your skills

• Bachelor level of experience, preferably in a technical field.
• Solid experience within a project-driven organization.
• Proven expertise in project planning.
• Familiarity with planning tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project (a plus, not a must).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence people at all levels.
• A talent for staying calm under pressure and setting the right priorities.
• Flexibility and creativity in solving challenges
• As this role involves close collaboration with Dutch-speaking stakeholders, fluency in Dutch is required

This position offers a competitive salary range of € 4.600 – € 5.600 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
