Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for improving processes and delivering real impact? We're looking for an experienced interim HR specialist to join a leading global technology company (active in digital platform security and media protection) on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution and knows how to turn strategic ideas into daily operational reality.

Description

Simplifying and improving HR processes

• Think onboarding, offboarding, employee change workflows, and leave automation. You'll identify quick wins and reduce the volume of HR queries through smarter processes.

Executing, not just advising

• You'll take ownership of improvements from concept through to implementation - and make sure they stick in day-to-day operations.

Bringing culture and values to life

• HR should reflect who a company is. You'll help align processes and initiatives with the organization's values and purpose.

Supporting day-to-day operations

• From HRIS updates to reporting and total rewards support, you'll provide structure and hands-on help where needed.

Profile

We're looking for someone with a strong background in HR operations, process improvement, or HR consulting. You'll likely bring experience from environments such as:

• HR consulting firms (e.g., Accenture or similar);
• In-house roles focused on HR systems, total rewards, or process/project management;
• Strong skills in process mapping and operational efficiency are a big plus;
• You are in the possession of a Dutch BSN-number;
• You are available between 32 to 40 hours per week.

Job Offer

• Start date: Ideally mid-August, but September is also possible;
• Rate: €65/hour (freelance);
• Location: Hybrid - must be based in the Netherlands.
