At MGG in Nieuw-Bergen, we’re looking for people like you who enjoy tinkering and aren’t afraid of a challenge. So: can you hang a lamp without a problem or love working on your car or scooter? Then this is the job for you!
Good to know: you can start in week 32 or 33 – perfect if you still need to coordinate your availability.
Wie zoeken we?
- Handy and technically minded (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Okay with working in 3 shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00)
- Physically fit and comfortable with active workdays
- In possession of your own transportation (location is hard to reach by public transport)
- Able to speak Dutch, English, or German
- Gross monthly salary of €3,170 including allowances and ADV
- Travel expense reimbursement

As an Operator at MGG, you'll be part of the production of high-quality aluminum components. Think of engine parts, heating systems, or even medical equipment. You don’t need to be an expert – we’ll teach you the trade.
What will you do?
- Place products into molds
- Assist in operating machines
- Perform finishing tasks: cutting, deburring, cleaning, and measuring
- Pack and inspect products
- Leak testing and small assembly tasks
