As a trailer driver at Scania Logistics, you move trailers across our site, making sure they’re always in the right place at the right time. You’ll be behind the wheel of big vehicles and play a key role in keeping logistics on track.

To work as a trailer driver, it is important that you meet the following points:

• you have your own transportation to get to your shift on time
• you hold a C driving license or T driving license
• you have at least one year of experience with driving a trailer
• you are fulltime available
• you can work in the 2 shifts
• you can work at the location in Zwolle
• you can work at the location in Hasselt

As a trailer driver in logistics, you make sure trailers are always in the right place at the right time on the Scania site.
You’ll drive a special shunter vehicle and position trailers at the loading and unloading bays. Then, you’ll unhook the trailer tarps — a physically demanding task that requires strength and persistence.

You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, staying active throughout your shift. Occasionally, you’ll also (dis)assemble small parts on or around the trailers. It’s your job to keep things running smoothly and maintain a clear overview.

• you work in a two-shift system
• the morning shift starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM
