Are you ready for a dynamic role in our production team? With a valid forklift certificate, you can make a real difference! As a forklift operator, you’re the driving force behind smooth loading and unloading, efficient inventory management, and preparing shipments. Not only are you skilled at operating a forklift, but you also know how to store goods accurately from storage facilities into warehouses following work procedures. Manually stacking pallets is also part of your skill set.

But that’s not all – you’ll also contribute to a clean working environment by cleaning machines and installations. The variety of this role gives you the opportunity to learn about different processes across various departments and expand your skillset.

Looking for flexible work? We receive daily requests from ROCKWOOL. You decide your availability, and we schedule your shifts accordingly. Working on an 'ad hoc schedule' gives you the freedom of variable hours per week, ranging from 8 to 40 hours, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Gevraagd

• In possession of a valid forklift certificate
• Availability from Monday to Sunday, with willingness to work in three different shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Be able to speak fluently in Dutch, English or German due to safety regulations.
• Flexible attitude towards working in various departments.

• Willingness to perform production tasks as well.

Aanbod

Gross hourly wage: €15.84
Additional Compensation:
Shift allowance: The shift allowance varies depending on the shift you work:
- Afternoon shift: 25%
- Night shift: 35%
- Weekend: 57%

Other Benefits:
- Work for a leading international company.
- Travel allowance up to a maximum of 68 km per day (one-way).
- Possibility of a permanent ROCKWOOL contract after a certain period, based on good performance and mutual interest.
