In this assignment, your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead the People & HR workstream within a broader transformation program, ensuring timely readiness for dual-entity support;
  • Oversee process development and operational implementation of HR services impacted by legal restructuring and outsourcing;
  • Collaborate with functional and strategic leads across HR, including Organizational Design, Recruitment, and Employee Services;
  • Coordinate with system owners and process experts to align HR tools and workflows with new entity requirements;
  • Support the creation of to-be processes for HR operations in collaboration with process improvement specialists;
  • Drive project milestones, track daily progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate risks or delays when necessary;
  • Facilitate structured, proactive communication among diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and informed decision-making;
  • Partner closely with the Strategic Business Partner to balance content quality with efficient delivery and execution.

In order to succeed in this role, we ask you to have:

  • Significant experience in HR project management, ideally in large, complex organizational settings;
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, systems, and process design;
  • Familiarity with organizational design, restructuring, and shared service models;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively;
  • Excellent project planning, coordination, and reporting skills with a delivery-focused mindset;
  • Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to implementation;
  • Fluency in Dutch preferred; English proficiency required.


Aanbod

This is a part-time temporary assignment for 16-24 hours per week. This assignment will start as soon as possible and will last until the end of 2025 (with a possible extension). For this work we can offer a contract via Independent Recruiters, where we can offer a salary depending on experience and knowledge you bring, but will be around €8.500 - €9.000 gross per month based on fulltime employment. Unfortunately this assignment is not possible for freelancers.
