• Developing the NMD Quality Management System in such a way as to ensure the scope remains applicable to the business context;
• Establishing and communicating a Quality Policy & Quality Manual, including Quality Objectives, and, in case needed, presenting the QMS updates to key stakeholders;
• Aligning KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the quality management system;
• Ensuring all procedures within the NMD QMS are available, compliant with applicable standards and regulations and implemented (including identifying and closing gaps);
• Ensuring procedures are documented, maintained, implemented and reviewed with the agreed frequency;
• Ensuring that the development and maintenance of the NMD QMS is in line with ISO 13485 and any other applicable regulations;
• Highlighting any capability or resource constraints;
• Planning and performing Internal audits and supplier audits as applicable;
• Ensure that results of internal and external audits have been fully reviewed to recommend, execute, track and report all recommended corrective actions;
• Supporting the NMD Leadership team to drive a way of working that is consistent with the NMD QMS objectives and continuous improvement plan;
• Managing the QMS software systems and tools needed;
• Execute the role of the NMD Management Representative;
• Maintain Quality awareness and Competency level of people through training and animate the importance of Quality to deliver our mission at all levels, all functions of the organisation.

Gevraagd

• At least 7 years of experience in a Medical device regulated environment, with focus on Quality Assurance. 3rd party supplier experience preferred;
•  Knowledge of EU MDD/MDR and ISO 13485 a must;
• Strong experience in corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis, documenting findings/actions, and implementing actions;
• Excellent analytical and technical skills with strong attention to detail;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English;
• Excellent leadership skills;
• Strong IT Skills.

Aanbod

You will receive a temporary contract for 6 months through our agency. 

• The rate for this Vacancy is a maximum of 130 euros (all-inclusive)
