In this assignment, your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to board members and their senior leadership teams on strategic people topics;
  • Co-develop and execute a long-term people strategy aligned with business objectives and future workforce needs;
  • Lead workforce planning, identifying skill gaps and future capabilities to ensure business continuity and agility;
  • Design and support succession and retention strategies that reflect the organization’s diversity and development goals;
  • Monitor organizational performance, drawing on data and insights to advise on improvements in leadership and team effectiveness;
  • Partner with senior leaders to coach and develop leadership capabilities that align with evolving business requirements;
  • Collaborate on major transformation initiatives by contributing people insights, change planning, and execution support;
  • Shape and influence the execution of performance, talent, and organizational development processes;
  • Represent business priorities within the People function, ensuring alignment and translation into actionable programs;
  • Handle select complex operational matters, including sensitive performance or role design cases, as needed.


Gevraagd

In order to succeed in this role, we ask you to have:

  • At least 7 years of senior-level experience in HR business partnering, people strategy, or organizational development;
  • Proven ability to advise and challenge executive leadership in a constructive, data-informed way;
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable people plans;
  • Experience leading or contributing to transformation programs, ideally in fast-evolving or complex environments;
  • Expertise in leadership development, workforce planning, and succession management;
  • Fluent in English Required, Dutch preferred.


Aanbod

This is a temporary assignment for 32 hours per week. This assignment will start as soon as possible and will last until the end of 2025 (with a possible extension). For this work we can offer a contract via Independent Recruiters, where we can offer a salary depending on experience and knowledge you bring, but will be around €7.500 to €8.500 gross per month based on 40 hour, fulltime employment. Unfortunately this assignment is not possible for freelancers.

During this interview we will inform you as fully as possible about the vacancy, the company and the rest of the procedure. After consulting with you, we will introduce you to our client and then continue to guide you through the application process.
