As an Inside Sales Representative, you play a critical role in supporting our client's commercial success by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational execution
Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned B2B customers in the EMEA region
- Support the external sales team with quote generation, contract administration, and sample coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in CRM (Salesforce)
- Proactively follow up on leads, pricing requests, and order status
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor customer forecasts and demand patterns, and flag deviations to relevant teams
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the Sales and Marketing teams
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the Account Managers
- Attend internal sales meetings and contribute to commercial planning discussions
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Commercial Economics, or similar
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar Inside Sales or Customer Support role (preferably B2B or ingredients sector)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a dynamic international environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German or another European language is a plus
