Omschrijving

Our client is looking for an Office Manager who will act as the central point of contact for all office-related matters. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth daily running of the office, provide essential support to HR and finance teams, and contribute to creating a positive and professional working environment for employees and visitors.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic role where every day is different. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Amersfoort office.
  • Oversee facility management including office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as onboarding, absence registration, and personnel record keeping.
  • Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and internal events.
  • Assist with finance administration including invoice processing and expense claims.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and office policies.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Management teams, both locally and internationally.

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Has 3 years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills with a hands-on and problem-solving attitude.
  • Is fluent in both English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has experience in a medical, healthcare, or international environment (preferred).
