This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive operational improvements across HR processes while aligning initiatives with company culture and values. You'll be instrumental in refining and embedding processes that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Description

• Streamline and optimize HR processes
  Simplify onboarding, offboarding, employee change workflows, time-off processes, and reduce HR queries through smart automations and process enhancements.

• Execute improvements from idea to implementation
  Take ownership of HR improvements-from concept to rollout-and ensure they're embedded in daily operations.

• Align HR initiatives with purpose and values
  Help clarify and reinforce our organizational culture through purpose-driven HR strategies.

• Support HR operations and total rewards
  Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as HRIS updates, data reporting, and support across compensation and benefits.

Profile

• Proven experience in HR consulting or HR operations (backgrounds in consulting firms like Accenture are a plus)
• Strong skills in process mapping, HR systems, and project execution
• A hands-on approach with the ability to independently deliver outcomes
• Experience in total rewards, HRIS, and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English
