We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Interim Communications Specialist to join Nutreco’s Global Communications team for a six-month period. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting internal communications efforts aligned with our corporate strategy and executive management priorities. You will contribute to impactful projects while ensuring timely, clear, and engaging communication across the organization. This is a dynamic and collaborative role suited for someone with a strong background in corporate communications or marketing, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work flexibly with multiple stakeholders, including external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal communication initiatives linked to Nutreco’s strategic priorities and Management Board.
  • Develop, write, and edit compelling content and stories for internal channels.
  • Manage and coordinate communication timelines, ensuring timely delivery of messaging and campaigns.
  • Work closely with external agencies to align deliverables with communication goals.
  • Contribute to the development and activation of communication plans across business units.
  • Help manage internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and Viva Engage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate communications or marketing communications roles
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for tone and clarity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), SharePoint, and Viva Engage
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Creative, proactive, and flexible mindset with strong attention to detail
