As a Quality Officer (Specialist) you will support and enhance quality systems within a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting. In collaboration with the Quality & Compliance Manager, you will handle a broad range of quality assurance tasks, including batch review, deviation handling, change control, and internal/external audits. Additionally, you will also manage product returns and customer complaints, evaluate suppliers and clients, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, your responsibilities include drafting and reviewing release documentation, coordinating quality investigations (CAPA, OOS, OOT), and participating in audits as Subject Matter Expert. You will also play a role in training others in quality processes and ensuring Eurocept remains audit-ready and fully compliant with EU-GMP/GDP standards.

In this multifaceted role, you won’t just uphold quality standards: You’ll actively shape and strengthen the processes that keep a pharmaceutical organization inspection-ready, responsive, and continuously improving.

• at least a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field)
  
• minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical QA environment
  
• thorough knowledge of EU-GMP/GDP and key QA processes (batch review, QMS, CAPA, audits)
  
• strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  
• ability to prioritize, work result-driven, and communicate clearly across teams
  
• proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
