Have you ever heard of a moving floor trailer? No? We can change that! We have a new job offer where you can assemble on your own at the most innovative trailer construction company in the Benelux: Knapen Trailers.

What are you going to do?

As a Welder/Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling walls and floors onto the chassis of truck trailers, using technical drawings for guidance (40% assembly, 60% welding). You'll play a crucial role in the entire construction process, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Key tasks include:

Assembling trailer components based on detailed technical drawings
Finishing assemblies with precision welding
Operating overhead cranes to move components efficiently

What are the working hours?

You will work from Monday to Friday from 07:30 - 16:30.

It is possible to work extra time and on Saturdays

Who are you?

Communicative level (B1) of English, Dutch, or German
At least 6 months of experience in MIG/MAG welding, or completion of a 300-hour training course
Knowledge of multi-layer welding
Willing to weld aluminum plates using the 131 method (no prior experience required)
Preferably able to read technical construction drawings, or willing to learn
Generally a hands-on, independent worker

What do you get?

Salary between:
€ 15,75 and €18,53 based on experience:
Junior (0,5-3 years of experience): between €15,75 and €16,54 gross per hour
Medior (3-5 years of experience): between €16,94 and €17,74 gross per hour
Senior (6+ years of experience): between €18,13 and €18,53 gross per hour
In addition:
10,5% holiday allowance
Transportation
Single room accommodation
20hr per week in-house support
