You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of Diffusion and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for MEMS and micro-device applications.

You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of Diffusion and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for MEMS and micro-device applications. This includes maintaining process stability, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement in a cleanroom environment.
Process & Equipment Ownership
- Maintain and optimize Diffusion & ALD processes and equipment.
- Ensure process stability through SPC and post-maintenance qualifications.
- Develop new processes and support industrialization efforts.
Project & Collaboration
- Work in cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Sales, Engineers).
- Participate in equipment selection and define process requirements.
- Contribute to complex root cause analyses (RCAs).
Training & Documentation
- Train and support operators and technicians.
- Write and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze data to improve process performance.
- Identify reuse opportunities and initiate new developments.
- Apply engineering tools (DOE, SPC, DMAIC/DFSS).
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
- Experience in process engineering, electroplating and industrialization.
- Experience working in or leading technological project teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Diffusion and ALD technologies is preferred.
