As a production worker, you’re a key player in the process. Your job is active and varied – no two days are the same. Your tasks include:
Cutting and preparing fresh fruit and vegetables
Packing and assembling salads and ready-made meals
Weighing, labeling, and sealing products with precision
Keeping your work area clean and safe
Work is from Monday to Saturday, with one or two days off. Your day usually starts at 06:00 and finishes around 17:00. Depending on demand, later start times may occasionally be possible.
What we need
Basic understanding of English or Dutch
Comfortable working in a cool environment (around 5°C)
Experience in production, preferably in the food industry
Accurate, motivated, and a real team player
€14.40 gross per hour
135% overtime pay after 38 hours per week
Travel reimbursement (€0.23/km from 10 km onwards)
A company car via Carrière (with driver’s license) or e-bike for longer distances
8.3% holiday allowance
