Within our Finance Operations department at the Lely Campus in Maassluis, the O2C, R2R, and P2P teams work together daily to ensure our financial processes run smoothly and accurately. As a P2P Officer, you are part of the P2P Team, which is responsible for receiving, checking, and correctly processing incoming supplier invoices. This is a crucial role, as you ensure that our suppliers are paid on time and correctly, and that our records are accurate.

Your main responsibilities:

• Receiving and registering invoices in the correct systems.
• Checking invoices for fiscal accuracy, such as VAT details.
• Verifying invoices for content accuracy, such as purchase order numbers or contact persons.
• Processing invoices against purchase orders.
• Responding to questions from colleagues and suppliers.
• Checking and maintaining supplier master data.

You are accurate, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working with numbers and systems. You thrive in a dynamic, international environment where you can work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues from various departments.

In addition, you bring the following:

• MBO-level working and thinking.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an international accounts payable department.
• Good command of the English language. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as M3.
• Knowledge of compliance and tax regulations such as VAT.
• Strong Excel skills.
• A proactive attitude towards work and process improvements.
