Are you ready for the next step as a quality manager in the food industry? In this versatile role, you are the main point of contact for all quality-related matters within the company. Together with your team, you work on a strong quality policy and maintain close contact with colleagues and customers. You will deal with, among other things, halal and gluten-free certifications and have plenty of room to implement improvements. Within the management team, you are a full-fledged discussion partner and actively contribute to the further development of the organization.
You lead two quality employees, prepare and supervise audits. Additionally, you ensure that all quality systems are kept up to date. Thanks to your practical approach, you can easily step in where needed, ensuring that quality is always guaranteed.
About the company
Our client is a stable family business with approximately 90 permanent employees across two locations in North Brabant. The company produces high-quality fresh and frozen meat semi-finished products tailored to customer needs, including beef, pork, chicken, turkey, and veal. This informal organization values collaboration and has strong support for quality care. Customers are active internationally across various European countries.
What we require
Gross salary between €4,000 and €6,000 per month (depending on experience)
28 vacation days for a full-time contract
