Functieomschrijving:

Job description: You are responsible for the recruitment and selection of new employees for all our construction projects in the Eindhoven region. You know how to find and connect talent. You actively search for new colleagues, draw up vacancy texts and conduct interviews with candidates. You coordinate the entire recruitment process and, together with the HR team, ensure that onboarding runs smoothly. You enjoy thinking about how you can attract and retain new employees. You also support the HR team in the administrative process. You contribute ideas to improving the employee experience. Depending on your ambition/wishes, your position will also involve more and more HR activities, such as drawing up job profiles, coordinating development plans, and managing absenteeism.  You will become part of the HR team, a professional and friendly team that consists of a permanent HR employee and an interim HR advisor who are happy to assist each other. Together we are building an even more professional HR department.


Gevraagd wordt:

The following is required: -You have completed an HBO education in the field of HRM and several years of relevant work experience. -You have sufficient experience in the field of recruitment -You can work independently and pick up things quickly. -You have good administrative and communication skills. -You have a doer’s mentality and know the to manage operational HR activities. -You have a proactive working attitude. -Ad-hoc situations are no problem for you, because you have a flexible and, above all, a solution-oriented attitude. -You want to work full-time (32 hours is negotiable).
