Functieomschrijving: The company is a small but growing consultancy firm that carries out projects and gives advice in the field of integrated water management, geohydrology and ecohydrology. Due to a growing order book, we are looking for a new colleague hydrologist.As a hydrologist you carry out (partial) assignments for our clients, especially in the rural area, but also within the urban area.You contribute to the substantive expertise in projects concerning area (re)development, stream restoration and urban development. Your efforts mainly focus on hydrological issues surrounding desiccation, flooding and the redevelopment of both urban and rural areas.Among other things, you will be involved in making model calculations for surface water (SOBEK) and reporting the results, whereby you convert the acquired knowledge into practical and appropriate / integral solutions, with which the client can continue towards implementation.

Gevraagd wordt: We are looking for a colleague with ambition, with passion for their work and who fits well within the (young) group. To be considered for this position, you need:A completed hbo/wo education in hydrology or water management.Preferably several years of work experience in the field of hydrology, water management and surface water modelling (at least SOBEK).Preferably knowledge/work experience with hydrological advice in both rural and urban areas.A practical approach, where you like to look beyond the boundaries of your field.Delivering quality over quantity i.e. if the client is satisfied, we are also satisfied.Team spirit, you like to work together in a (young) project team.
