Functieomschrijving:Job description: Are you an expert in the construction process and can you think ahead so that everything is delivered to the construction site on time and correctly? We are looking for a work planner with several years of experience to help build our high-tech projects in the Eindhoven region.
Gevraagd wordt:
The question is: You are responsible for the work preparation of large construction projects. You master the unique construction systems and, based on the insights obtained from these, you have a coordinating role between all construction partners involved. You are part of a dynamic construction team, in which you influence the engineering of unique projects through your coordinating role. You draw up plans and purchasing schedules, check and distribute specifications and drawings and ensure that everything can be built from the drawings. You also compare quotes and make small calculations. You also maintain contact with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers and work closely with project management and implementation. In short, a versatile and challenging job!
