For our client in Eindhoven we are looking for an Experienced HR Advisor

As an HR advisor you are responsible for all HR-related matters.

Operational, Tactical, Strategic, that’s what your tasks are and you switch between different levels.


Gevraagd wordt:

The question is:

Every day is different, but every day you are working to make the organization better. You will do this for 2 different locations for a total of approximately 85 employees. You have close contact with the managers of various departments and will spar with them and challenge them to expand the organization to a new level.

You will also have a lot of contact with the manager to give them direction in tackling:

-Absenteeism

-Bad news conversations

-Developments of the team/individual employees

Your strong characteristic is that you are a nice conversation partner and know how to challenge others and motivate.

You will be part of the HR team of 6 people. Weekly meetings will take place in your team and everything from the various departments will be discussed.

The employer is constantly developing and that means that you never know what your working day will look like.

It is a versatile position in which no two days are the same. Fortunately, you will receive support from the HR Assistant, which makes it easier for you to shape this position.

-You will provide support and advice in the implementation of HR policy.

-You will be the first point of contact for the employees.

-You will provide support to the manager in tackling absenteeism and will make an active contribution to current absenteeism files.

-You have a coaching role towards the manager and enjoy making an active contribution to HR projects.
