As an Assembly Employee you are responsible for assembling all kinds of gates for transport to the customer. Usually the base of the gate is in place and you add extras, for example locks or hinges. Sometimes it happens that you still have to make a gate in its entirety, for example with sliding gates.

The question is:
You start by sorting gates for trucks that come to pick them up. Then you will finish assembling and/or powder coating, mainly gates, fences, posts, barriers and extra tools. You also occasionally make foundations for beams and create boundary surfaces. You are also busy taping gates.
There is as much rotation as possible, so that all colleagues can assemble each gate and gain a lot of knowledge and experience. You also install special gates, for example for prisons. There is an instruction booklet for each gate, but you can also visit colleagues if you have questions.
You work with twelve colleagues in the same department, including a Planner and a Team Leader. Safety and quality are very important: you wear special clothing and you always clean up your workplace at the end of the day.
