In this role, you help ensure that the right data, with the right quality, is available to the right people. You are enabling valuable insights and continuous improvement.

Define and monitor key data quality indicators and acceptance criteria for critical data.
Lead investigations and support resolution of data quality issues in collaboration with others.
Implement and improve automated data quality checks across relevant products.
2. Data Governance (30%)
Define and maintain data policies, standards, and business rules within your domain.
Manage business metadata and ensure ownership of data assets using tools like Microsoft Purview.
Align data practices across domains by working closely with other Data Stewards.
3. Data Development & Exploration (20%)
Support the development and refinement of Business and Source Data Products in line with the Sell & Deliver roadmap.
Participate in data-to-source mapping with modellers and subject matter experts.
Keep the Data Product Catalog aligned with current business needs.
About the team

Through the Service Performance Management framework, we identify existing and missing insights across the full service journey; from sales to delivery. By translating high-level KPIs into actionable operational metrics, we empower Customer Centres and Global Services to improve execution, close the performance loop, and drive operational excellence through fact-based decision-making.
