• Minimum of 6 to 15 years of experience with the Pega technology platform
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• CLSA certification is mandatory. Required skills:
• Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect, working on complex projects and dealing with end-to-end implementations, preferably on Pega 8.x (PEGA Infinity).
• Leading end-to-end Pega project implementations, including solution design, system configuration and integration.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to draft design documents and make technical estimates.
• Enabling the growth of Pega Citizen Development by providing internal training, upskilling, and mentorship.
• Continuously improving skills and knowledge to make use of the latest trends, techniques and practices and drive proactive change.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements and ensure that they align with project objectives.
• Own all requirements and solution definition artifacts throughout the project lifecycle including TOM and Traceability Matrices.
• Collaborate with the internal Pega PGC (a COE function) to continually define and refine Pega best practices and provide leadership to the team in the adoption of prescriptive development processes.
• Facilitating open communication and fact-based decision-making.
• Experience with the implementation of Agile/Scrum projects is required.
• Review the work of others, provide guidance, mentoring and support to both the Development and Business Architect teams.
• Experience working in Dev Ops model.
• Experience with Rest API integration, preferably DXAPI.
• Has knowledge of Pega Deployment manager.
• Good communication skills
• Contributes to best practice definitions.
• Has experience with frameworks such as CLM, PDFS, and KYC.
• Experience with PEGA Upgrades (Major or minor)
