Are you a born leader with experience in logistics and want to work in the Roermond region? We are looking for a Leading Hand who can lead their team to the top. 💪 You will earn a salary starting from € 2,809 gross per month, depending on your experience.

• A salary from € 2,809 per month!

• Mon-Fri from 7:30-16:30 and 10:00-19:00 uur!

• ..have a completed MBO-level education.
• ...have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar leading role.
• ...can communicate well and are stress-resistant.

As a Leading Hand, you are the right hand of the Team Leader and ensure that everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. You start your day with a meeting with your team and take care of the daily planning. Who should be where and what are today's goals? You'll schedule it and monitor the progress. You motivate your colleagues, coach them and make sure everyone enjoys their work. You also have conversations about their performance and their growth within the company. You have an important role in the success of the team, and you are proud of that!
