For a fast-growing company in Veghel, I’m looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative. You’ll be joining a dynamic, international environment where the customer always comes first. Together with your team, you’ll be responsible for the entire logistics process and act as the go-to person for our clients.
What we offer:
- A starting gross salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.600,- per month;
- 25 vacation days per year;
- 3,5 additional days of;
- 8,33% holiday allowance;
- € 0,23 travel allowance per kilometre;
- Working in day shifts;
- Working in a lively and international work environment;
- Plenty of room to grow in both salary and personal development.
- Coordinating and following up on national and international shipments;
- Managing incoming and outgoing goods flow;
- Handling invoicing and resolving complaints;
- Keeping in touch with clients and maintaining strong relationships;
- Quickly jumping in when problems or last-minute changes occur.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within logistics;
- A flexibele, accurate and proactive mindset;
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages are a plus;
- A team player who knows how to get things done together.
