This 6-month assignment is for immediately available professionals with +3 years of experience as Process Manager, Finance Project Manager, or IT/BizOps Consultant. You will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, as the business expands into new markets. The role involves driving operational improvements and facilitating collaboration between business and IT teams to support efficient growth.

Description

  • Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify root causes, define solutions, and track progress.
  • Document, standardize, and optimize key operational processes.
  • Define and implement controls to minimize errors in pricing, invoicing, and data inputs.
  • Support the rollout of process improvements and IT system updates, including testing and communication.
  • Facilitate coordination for product launches, market expansions, and other operational rollouts.
  • Help define governance structures and ownership models for new initiatives.
  • Create onboarding checklists for new market entries to ensure operational readiness.
  • Assist in developing training materials and coordinate with the Training team to ensure adoption.

Profile

  • Resident in the Netherlands
  • Immediately available to start a new assignment
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant role such as Process Manager, Finance Project Manager, or IT/BizOps Consultant
  • Experience in invoicing, order-to-cash, or system rollout projects, preferably in a multi-market or scale-up context
  • Experience with ERP, order management, or pricing systems is a plus
  • Strong communication skills; able to balance hands-on delivery with strategic thinking
  • Fluent in English

Job Offer

  • €4800 - 5200 per month based on full-time and experience
