This is a 6-month assignment + potential extension for professionals who are immediately available. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for revenue recognition, month-end closings, financial statement preparation, and audit support. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in revenue accounting, knowledge of IFRS 15, ERP system proficiency (preferably with SAP S/4HANA).
Description
- Handle revenue recognition, accounts receivable procedures and assets procedures.
- Optimizing processes and financial controls.
- Manage the month-end closing procedures and ensure timely reporting.
- Assist in preparing the financial statements under IFRS and NL GAAP.
- Assist the Head of Accounting during the audit engagement of external auditors.
Profile
- 3+ years of relevant experience, specifically in revenue accounting.
- A university degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus).
- Understanding of IFRS 15 for revenue recognition.
- ERP system proficiency, preferably with SAP S/4HANA, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
- Proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Job Offer
- €4300 - 4900 per month based on full-time and experience
