Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to support the development of the local industry for upcoming nuclear infrastructure projects. As energy demand continues to rise, nuclear energy is increasingly seen as a vital complement to renewable sources like wind and solar. With plans underway for new nuclear power plants and research reactors, the need for a robust and qualified supply chain has never been greater.

In this role, you will work closely with technology providers, contractors, and industrial stakeholders to strengthen and expand the nuclear supply chain. You will assess supplier capabilities, identify gaps, and help organizations understand the qualifications required to operate within the nuclear sector. By bridging the gap between technology suppliers and local industry, you'll be a key enabler in the successful realization of new nuclear facilities.

You will also maintain and expand a network of potential suppliers, offering advice and guidance to help them meet nuclear standards and regulations. This position requires both technical insight and a commercial mindset, with opportunities to directly impact national energy security and sustainability goals.

What do you need

A completed bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a technical focus
At least 5 years of work experience in the energy or civil engineering sector; procurement experience is a plus
Strong interest in contributing to the growth of the nuclear energy sector
Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO9001 and ISO19443
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
