About the Opportunity

Product Marketing is what sets us apart from the competition and shapes how customers perceive our brand. Collaborating closely with teams across product, design, data, engineering, legal, and more, we ensure our products resonate with users.

We're looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to help further strengthen our positioning, elevate our trading products, reinforce our position as the largest EUR-spot exchange in the world, and strengthen customer trust by effectively communicating the value we bring.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Customer research & segmentation: conduct market and customer research to identify the needs, pain points, preferences, and behaviors of potential and existing users of a product.
  • Product messaging & positioning: Simplify complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with a broad audience.
  • GTM strategy & execution: Define and implement Bitvavo’s go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, user acquisition, and retention for core trading products.
  • Campaign management: Collaborate on marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to CRM, social media, influencers
  • Cross-team collaboration: Partner with product managers, brand team, designers, data analysts, and leadership to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
  • Performance tracking: Set, monitor, and analyze key metrics such as brand awareness, feature adoption, and customer retention/LTV.
  • Customer advocacy & insights: Act as the voice of the customer, leveraging insights to shape product development and marketing strategies.
What We Look For
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), native German or Dutch is a plus
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to measuring marketing effectiveness and making informed decisions
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C product or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth tech company
  • Knowledge of markets and the competitive landscape in fintech
  • Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input from cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Crypto experience will be a plus
