As Buyer, you are responsible for the procurement of all necessary items for the best possible price to allow for the timely production of lithium ion battery packs. You purchase items using a global network of suppliers and together with the Planning Purchasing Manager you ensure that sufficient stock is available for the incoming orders.

Your daily tasks are:

• Purchasing production materials in a timely manner
• Tracking shipments and inventories proactively to prevent issues
• Informing production about stock and delivery
• Negotiating pricing and contracts
• Ensuring up to date master data in the ERP system
• Creating benchmark studies, market analysis and related overviews

Working days will be Monday to Friday.

• A relevant MBO+ education or relevant knowledge and experience;
• Experience in negotiations and contact with suppliers;
• Experience in purchasing materials in a manufacturing environment;
• Accustomed to working with ERP (Planning/Purchasing);
• English writing and reading;
• Commercially minded.

• A gross monthly salary between €2700 and €4000;
• A 38 hour workweek;
