As a Customer Care Officer , you play a critical role in supporting our client's commercial success by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure excellent customer experience and operational execution

Description

  • Ensure seamless end-to-end order fulfillment - from order receipt to final delivery - while proactively resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all shipping and loading activities in collaboration with plant/warehouse staff and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor open orders and deliveries, taking proactive steps to resolve potential issues early and minimize disruption to customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and third-party logistics providers regarding transactional matters.
  • Maintain strong internal communication across various departments, including Sales, Supply Chain Planning, Product Management, Credit, Financial Shared Services, and Logistics Procurement.
  • Keep customer master data up to date in SAP.
  • Handle billing-related adjustments such as product returns, credit and debit notes.
  • Support sales teams and business line managers with order-related reporting, data analysis, and customer communication.
  • Document, investigate, and follow up on both internal and external complaints to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements, including investigating quality issues and developing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage contract administration and price entry in SAP.
  • Support the full invoicing cycle: issue customer invoices, process billing corrections, and assist in credit/debit note handling.
  • Collaborate with the Credit team to support cash collection efforts and manage overdue payments.

Profile

  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years of supply chain experience (can be logistics or O2C cycle - order management customer service)
  • Has a deep knowledge of SAP transactions and functionality (either familiar with the order management or the logistics transactions)
  • Resilient, adaptable to changes
  • Can easily build relationships
  • Great attention to the details, being precise
  • Is able to communicate effectively with other Departments, understands their process flows and the interactions with them

  • Highly motivated, self-reliant and proactive mindset
  • College or university degree
