As a logistics employee at DPD, you play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parcels across the country, working in a dynamic environment where every package matters and teamwork is essential to success. The work is shift-based, including evening and night shifts – with additional pay! This is a physically active job, ideal for people who enjoy being on the move and are ready for a hands-on role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks
• Sorting and scanning parcels to ensure proper routing
• Organizing parcels and preparing them for delivery
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
• Collaborating with the team to keep operations running smoothly

3-shift working system: 

• Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM 
• Evening: 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM 
• Night: 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

• Willingness to work evening and night shifts
• Enjoy physical work and staying active
• Own accommodation and transport
• Basic knowledge of English or Dutch
• Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know!

• Gross hourly wage starting at €14.40
• Attractive shift allowances: 130% (8:00 PM – 12:00 AM), 145% (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM), 150% on weekends
• Travel allowance: €0.23/km (up to €11.50 per day)
• Additional 8.33% holiday pay and 25 vacation days per year
• Annual raises based on performance and commitment
• Comprehensive onboarding training from day one
