Do you have a great passion for design and technology, as well as an interest in children's play towers? Then bring a sparkle to children's eyes as a product developer (m/f/d) at our client! In this position, you will play a central role in the success of this company! The development and innovation department is at the heart of our client and is constantly growing.

Tasks

- Independently conceive, design, develop, prototype and test innovative wood products.
- Implementation of product updates and product facelifts
- Responsibility for standardised development of products according to European safety and quality standards
- Overall responsibility for the completeness, clarity and correctness of construction instructions and module lists, as well as for technical documentation
- Support continuous market observation and keep an eye on current trends in this industry to implement new ideas that benefit our customers

Profile

- Successfully completed training in "industrial product development" or similar training
- At least 2-3 years of work experience, ideally in product development of sports equipment, wood products or toys
- Independent, precise and accurate with a high sense of responsibility
- Team player who feels comfortable in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with Stage Gate and Scrum
- Daredevil with an "anything is possible" attitude
- Good and clear communication skills in English, German and Dutch are a plus
- Hands-on mentality and sense of operational work
