As a Junior Fulfilment Executive, you'll be an essential part of a close-knit, high-performing team of three, working at one of our largest international hubs. Reporting to seasoned logistics professionals, you’ll manage and repack shipments with precision, care, and discretion.

This is a hands-on, detail-critical position in a fast-paced environment, offering incredible exposure and opportunity for personal and professional growth within a rapidly expanding company.

·        📦 Shipment Handling & Repacking:

- Receive, inspect, handle, and repack incoming and outgoing diamond shipments

- Follow strict company protocols and international shipping standards

·        🚚 Operational Support:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day logistics operations alongside two team members

- Keep office operations efficient and well-coordinated

·        🔐 Precision & Security:

- Maintain absolute confidentiality and security with all shipments

- Ensure 100% accuracy in all documentation and processes

·        🤝 Team Collaboration:

- Align with senior logistics staff to prioritize tasks and share operational insights

- Support team cohesion and uphold standards of excellence

·        ⚙️ Process Improvement:

- Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflow and boost efficiency
