What are you going to do?

Join Supermicro as a Junior Office Administrator and be a key player in supporting our Administration team! You'll be a key player in supporting the day-to-day runnings of the office! You’ll help manage customer orders, maintain accounts, process sales orders, and provide product information to clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across teams, coordinating events and services and delivering great customer experiences. You will work from Monday to Friday - your weekends are free to relax!

What do we ask?

• Plan and implement cost effective janitorial service program, daily breakfast, and overtime box catering program, travelling programs, and all office management related tasks

• Plan, direct, and coordinate catered events.

• Other Administrative support assignments as needed

• Performs decent working environment in the time of evening shift

• Monitor an inventory cleaning materials and order as needed

• Aiding assistant in case of needed

• Cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleague
