At Philips, we are reshaping our Magnetic Resonance (MR) Quality organization to proactively detect and resolve issues earlier in the product lifecycle, ultimately leading to preventing problems. As theQuality Manager - MR Service and Installation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, customer trust, and compliance.

Your Role:

• Lead the global Service and Installation quality team by establishing operational objectives, work plans, and delegating tasks to ensure efficient execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the development and execution of operational policies.
• Resolving complex issues using broad expertise and specialized knowledge aligned with internal stakeholders and company objectives.
• Collaborating with regions, service organization and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth site installations and service execution and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Managing talent within the quality assurance team, including recruitment, performance, compensation, and career development.
• Implementing quality assurance strategies, defining evaluation methods, and aligning with internal stakeholders and organizational goals.
• Supporting product recall procedures and ensuring timely, compliant resolution in accordance with regulatory standards.

You're the right fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in areas such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Warehouse Operations in the medical device industry
• You’re a proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience.
• You thrive in a regulated, fast-paced environment—balancing innovation, compliance, and customer focus.
