We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to support the Order to Cash process for some of the largest strategic customers. From order intake to delivery and invoicing, you’ll be the key link between internal teams and our valued customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- €21,39 per hour

We're looking for someone with a proactive approach and a strong service mindset.
- MBO working and thinking level
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- A high standard for service and the drive to go above and beyond
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Immediate availability for 3 days a week
- Based in or near Breda, Netherlands

- Act as the first point of contact for distribution centres and carriers of key accounts
- Manage the full order-to-cash process with accuracy and ownership
- Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously, no two days are the same!
- Solve problems proactively and with a customer-first mindset
